RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 (and later)
At times, you may need to gather additional information to troubleshoot database performance issues in RSA Governance & Lifecycle. Oracle Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) report typically provides information around database performance issues. Generating an AWR report requires appropriate Oracle licensing; refer to Oracle documentation for further details. An alternative to AWR is to generate the Oracle database performance statistics from the RSA Governance & Lifecycle UI. For RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 (and later), the option to generate database performance statistics is available on the UI > Admin > Diagnostics > General tab > Start DB Logging.
