Limitations of CTF Token for getBirthDate in Agent SDK

Issue
Calling getBirthDate() on the CTF Token returns 0.
Cause
CTF Token metadata does not contain birthDate information.
Workaround
If you want to use birthDate, you use File-Based Provisioning.

Notes
Since this is a CTF Token specification, it affects all Agent SDKs.
