Local Entitlements do not show in the Total Entitlement column under Directories/Applications in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

EXAMPLE
In the example, below an Application called Local Application has two local entitlements: ENT_LOCAL:TEST and ENT_LOCAL:TEST2.
Note the Total Entitlements value displays as null under the Resources > Applications > Local Application > Total Entitlements column. The value should be 2. This is true regardless of the number of Local Entitlements added to the Directory/Application.
