Local Entitlements do not show in the Total Entitlement column under Directories/Applications in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue

Entitlements added to a Local Directory or Application are not reflected in the Directory/Application Total Entitlements column under Resources > Directories/Applications > Total Entitlements column.

EXAMPLE

In the example, below an Application called Local Application has two local entitlements: ENT_LOCAL:TEST and ENT_LOCAL:TEST2.

Note the Total Entitlements value displays as null under the Resources > Applications > Local Application > Total Entitlements column. The value should be 2. This is true regardless of the number of Local Entitlements added to the Directory/Application.

Cause

This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-103676.

Resolution

This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this issue.
