After creating two admin accounts it was found that:
1) While I can login with one of them and be able to manage services and see all of the configurations related to these services,
2) Logging with the other did not achieve all of that, and that I am not able to see configuration related to these services.
Tasks
Resolution
2) Go to Administration, Services
3) On the specific service, choose view, security
4) On the left hand side, click on the + sign
5) Fill all the fields related to that specific user -the malfunctioning user- and click apply
6) Check the username box, and click on the above arrow, then click replicate.
7) Choose all the services you need to force that specific user to administrate.
