We are excited to announce a new, streamlined process for delivering token seed records. By default, you can now download encrypted token seed files directly from myRSA. However, if you still prefer to receive token seed records on a CD, you can request CD delivery when placing your order with your reseller partner or RSA Account Manager.

What Has Changed?

This update affects only the delivery method for token seed records. The decryption process remains unchanged and involves the following steps:

1. Locate the Token Batch Information:
   • When you download the encrypted token seed file from myRSA, you will receive an RSA folder containing the Token Pack Information and Confirmation Number.
2. Download the Decryption Code:
   • Use the Token Pack Information and Confirmation Number to download the decryption code from RSA Download Central (DLC).
3. Decrypt the File:
   • Use the RSASecurIDTokenRecordDecryptionUtility.exe to decrypt the encrypted token seed file.
