Notes

We're excited to announce a new way for you to help shape and improve RSA documentation.

Starting August 12, 2026logged-in RSA Community users will be able to provide feedback directly on RSA articles. Whether you are a customer, partner, or technical practitioner, you will have a simple way to tell us when content is outdated, instructions are unclear, information is missing, or documentation can be improved.

How It Works

When viewing RSA documentation in the Community, you will be able to submit feedback using simple feedback options. A thumbs-up lets us know the information was accurate and helpful. thumbs-down gives you the opportunity to share details about what needs to be corrected, clarified, or improved so RSA teams can review and take action.

Your feedback will be reviewed by RSA teams and used to improve existing content and ensure documentation remains current and aligned with your needs.

While RSA may not respond individually to every submission, each piece of feedback will help our teams identify improvement opportunities and prioritize documentation updates.

Why We're Introducing This Feature

At RSA, we recognize that great documentation is built through collaboration. By enabling direct feedback from the people who use our products every day, we can:

  • Improve documentation quality and relevance

  • Address content gaps more quickly

  • Enhance the overall customer experience

We value your input and look forward to hearing from you.

The Documentation & Knowledge Base Articles Feedback feature will be available on RSA Community beginning August 12, 2026. Thank you for helping us continuously improve the RSA experience.
