How to update Card Manager to conform to the subject DN configuration

Issue
A request made through Card Manager is being refused by RSA Certificate Manager (RCM). The request is not saved in RCM. This was working until extension profile changed, and enforced subject DN definition. The Card Manager will not conform to the subject DN configuration set on the jurisdiction.

Contact RSA Support and request HF50096_Keon_Patch.zip & HF50096_B_Keon_Connector.zip files.
