Issue

When attempting to log in to the RSA Community, the Proxy Error message below is displayed.

Cause

This error indicates that you attempted to log in during a short window when the authentication system leveraged by the RSA Community was undergoing a minor maintenance update.

Workaround

Wait a few minutes and attempt to log in again and it you should then be able to log in successfully.
If you still receive the error after five minutes or more of waiting, please report the issue to RSA Customer Support.
