Summary

Two critical vulnerabilities in PHP were reported on October 20, 2026, that may allow remote code execution under specific conditions.

No currently supported versions of RSA products, as listed on the RSA Product Life Cycle page, are affected by these vulnerabilities.

  • RSA Authentication Manager
  • RSA ID Plus
  • RSA MFA Agents
  • RSA Governance & Lifecycle (Cloud and On-Premises)
  • RSA Prime
  • RSA Identity Router

    RSA Authentication Manager

RSA Authentication Manager does not use PHP and is not affected by these vulnerabilities. Security scanners may flag files that are present but unused, such as process-request.php sample files from the ExtJS RemoteTree extension included in the bundled UI toolkit library, and standard SUSE Linux operating system files, including the macros.php RPM build-macro file and the x-php.xml MIME type definition. None of these files is executed or served by Authentication Manager.

Customers are not required to take any action, including applying product updates or making configuration changes.

Customers using PHP outside of RSA products should contact their respective provider for recommendations on supported updates.
