The October 2018 release of the Cloud Authentication Service contains the following update.

To provide easier direct-to-cloud integration, you will be able to protect Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365 without using an SSO Agent deployment. (An SSO Agent deployment configures the Cloud Authentication Service to provide single sign-on services.) Updated Implementation Guides for these applications will be provided on RSA Link.
