The phased release of RSA Authenticator 4.6 for iOS and Android on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store started on July 16, 2025.
It was then paused at 1% visibility for iOS, due to an OTP truncated display issue happening on certain iOS devices. This issue has now been resolved with V4.6.1 on iOS, which has been deployed on Apple App Store. Phased rollout for iOS will resume shortly. Phased rollout for Android is in progress.
The RSA Authenticator app now supports up to 30 credentials, features a redesigned interface, enhanced threat notifications, streamlined credential registration, update alerts, and upgraded security libraries for improved usability, security, and support efficiency.
