Summary:
RSA announces a phased release of RSA SecurID Authenticate 3.0.2 for iOS. This release resolves an issue where the Authenticate Tokencode might display as zeroes after updating from app version 2.2. All Authenticate for iOS users should update to this version. This release requires iOS 11.
The small percentage of users who have updated to app version 3.0.1 and still experience this issue must do the following:
- Delete the device in My Page, or have an administrator delete the user's device in the Cloud Administration Console.
- Delete the Authenticate app on the mobile device.
- Install the Authenticate app from the App Store.
- Re-register the app with RSA SecurID Access.
RSA apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
For additional documentation, downloads, and more, visit the RSA SecurID Access page on RSA Link.
EOPS Policy:
RSA has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. Please refer to the Product Version Life Cycle for additional details.
