An administrator must ensure that all of the authentication manager instances in the authentication manager deployment are running the same software level (e.g. RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 software) to ensure replication returns as "Normal".
Where replication is not reporting as "Normal" after applying the RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 software update to all authentication manager instances in the authentication manager deployment then please contact RSA Customer Support and have the serial number of the authentication manager license ready to open a support case.
