Reset Forgotten Password for the Cloud Administration Console
This procedure describes how to reset your password for the Cloud Administration Console. RSA sent you the console URL in an email when your company’s Cloud Access Service (CAS) account was first provisioned. If you cannot locate this email or the URL, contact RSA Customer Support.
Procedure
- On the Cloud Administration Console sign-in screen, click Forgot Password.
When prompted, enter your User ID, which is the same as your email address. Wait for the email containing a link to reset the password.
Note: If you do not receive an email, contact RSA Customer Support.
- Open the email. Verify that the User ID in the email is correct and click Reset Password.
- When prompted, type the new password and confirm. The password must contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. It must be different from the previous three passwords.
- Click Reset Password.
