Review email defined with the Review URL {$reviewDetailURL} shows no review items to be monitored in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When a Review Definition email is defined with the Review URL which maps to the {$reviewDetailURL} variable and sent to the review monitors, no review items are listed to be monitored.
 
Cause
The {$reviewDetailURL} variable links to directly assigned resources in the review. Since monitors have no directly assigned items, the table will be empty. 
 
Resolution
Use the Review Result URL which maps to the variable {$reviewReportDetailURL} instead. Monitors have access to this URL.
