Root Cause Analysis Available for SecurID 3.0.0 for iOS Token Import Issue and SecurID 3.0.2 for iOS Beta Announcement

A root cause analysis document (RCA) is now available for the token import issue that affected a limited number of users who installed the SecurID 3.0.0 for iOS app from 6/23/2021 to 6/30/2021. The RCA is available by request from your RSA Account Representative or from RSA Customer Support.
Additionally, the beta release of SecurID 3.0.2 for iOS is now available. To join the beta:
- On your iOS device, download and install the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store.
- Open the TestFlight app and leave it running in the background.
- On your iOS device, click the invitation link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/MKGdRVxu.
- Click Accept and install the SecurID 3.0.2 for iOS app.
Beta space is limited and is allocated in the order that requests are received. Submit all beta feedback to: securidfeedback@rsa.com.
