Issue
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) monitoring is not supported by any version of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle, nor its predecessors (RSA Aveksa, RSA Identity Management and Governance, RSA Lifecycle and Governance).
  • RSA does not support turning on infrastructure/platform SNMP monitoring in the Hardware or Soft Appliance versions of these products.
  • On servers running Software Only versions of the product, and on customer-supplied database servers, customers may choose to implement and maintain their own SNMP system-level monitoring.  
If SNMP monitoring is enabled, any negative impact on RSA product performance or functionality is also not covered by RSA Support.
