- Supervisor does not update for new users in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.
- Existing Supervisor records are correct.
- The collector shows that the Supervisor is being collected.

This is a known issue in the following versions.
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P10
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P04
