The approval workflow isn't working as expected when grouping by business source in the request form with the provisioning command field in RSA Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
When using a provisioning command field in a request form, the approval workflow is configured to use grouping by Business Source, the approval workflow is not working as expected, in RSA Governance & Lifecycle.
Cause
Workflow configured in the Request form should be triggered as part of form approvals and perform grouping as configured. Currently for the Provisioning changes, change request grouping by Business Source was not working as the "type" check for provisioning changes was missing while calculating application grouping.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following versions:
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle V7.5.2 P11
- RSA Governance & Lifecycle V8.0.0 P07
