Issue
- Unable to access the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Quick Setup page.
- Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
Cause
Resolution
Supported web browsers are listed on page 20 of the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1 Setup & Configuration Guide; however the web browser must have support for SSLv3/TLSv1 with standard AES 128-bit or 256-bit ciphers (usually found in the later versions of downloadable web browsers; where the web browser shows a cipher strength of 256-bit).
Supported protocols and ciphers:
- SSLv3 256-bit AES256-SHA
- SSLv3 128-bit AES128-SHA
- TLSv1 256-bit AES256-SHA
- TLSv1 128-bit AES128-SHA
