Does the UAT environment use a test version of KBA?

Resolution

The UAT environment uses the same version of KBA that the production environment does if the region the FI is in is set up to used KBA. As this is the production KBA, you should be using real users for the testing so that legitimate KBA questions can be generated if you want to test out how the application responds when presented with expected responses.
