Resolution
KRA does not keep network connections open to the KCA server. Hence, the limit to the number of RAs using the same KCA installation is limited by factors like the number of TCP ports available (which is usually considerably high - in the thousands).

Note that a large number of RAs might be a symptom of a poor security policy or CA design.
