Issue
Error: "sdmpro has generated errors and will be closed by Windows" when trying to start Remote Administration
Cause
When installing Remote Administration, the operating system must be an English version of the OS. You can then install support for other languages and even make that language the default, but the OS must be English Language Version.
Resolution
To correct this issue, install Remote Administration on an English-based version of Windows. If that is already the case and you desire a different default language, uninstall the added languages and then re-add them and make the desired language as default. The language of the Remote Administration must match the language of the ACE/Server. The ACE/Server does not support administration interfaces in multiple languages concurrently. The data will be formatted as numbered references to key mappings; a different language interface will display different characters for the same data.
