Issue
Error: "Forbidden - you don't have permission to access / on this server" when accessing RSA Registration Manager administrative interface with an RA certificate approved at the RA.
Error: "Forbidden - you don't have permission to access / on this server" when accessing RSA Registration Manager administrative interface with an Vettor certificate approved at the RA.
Resolution
To ensure this certificate can access the Administrative Console, apply an ACL rule to grant appropriate access to the top-level directories /, /ra/, /scripts/ and /xpkrs/ if applicable.

Refer to page 114 of the RSA Registration Manager Administrator's Guide for information on granting access to the administrative interface. This guide explicitly lists steps for /ra/ directory, but these steps also apply to the /, /scripts/, and /xpkrs/ directories.
