Issue
Offline data is not being downloaded with Authentication Manager 7.x
A delay of 30 seconds occurs before getting passcode accepted
Trace shows "DASvcApiLink::serverExchange: receive failed. RC=19" in the aceclient.log file.
Cause
This error means that the server rejected the request for offline files because it wasn't configured to provide them.
Resolution
Edit the offline authentication policy that applies to your user and verify that offline authentication is enabled. (checked)  If this is not the cause then check the license by going to setup -- license -- manage existing.  Look for offline authentication in the license, if it's not there then your license doesn't allow offline downloads.
