Issue
The same CRL imports fine in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
Using GUIdumpasn from http://geminisecurity.com/guidumpasn.html gives the error "Error: IA5String contains illegal character(s)" when decoding the CRL.
Using the latest version of dumpasn1.c from www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/ gives no error
