RSA DLP Datacenter Site Coordinator
32-bit Site Coordinator
64-bit Target machine
The boostrapping of the 64 bit machine would fail with Datacenter scan error code 7006
If the Site Coordinator is running a 32-bit OS (Win 2k3 / Win 2k8 or XP / Vista / Win 7), you can bootstrap an agent with a 32 bit but not a 64 bit (Windows 2k3 / Win 2k8 / Win 7).
If the Site Coordinator is running a 64-bit OS (Win2k3 / Win 2k8), you can boostrap an agent with 32- or 64-bit (Windows 2k3 / Win 2k8 / Win 7)
The same is applicable for bootstrapping of agent from Enterprise Coordinator to Site Coordinator.
If you have the Site Coordinator already installed on a 32-bit machine and would like to carry on with scanning the 64-bit machines with no additional infrastructure changes, manually install the agents on the 64 bit machines (as permanent agents). Please refer to deploying or manually installing permanent Datacenter agent .
