The SFTP Agent documentation refers to the sftpagent.conf file but I can't find it.
Issue
Resolution
The sftpagent.conf files will exist in the directory that you installed the SFTP agent to, by default that is the c:\NICsftpagent folder.
We provide sample sftpagent.conf files in the format of sftpagent.conf<Device Name>. It is recomennded that you backup or rename the current sftpagent.conf file and copy the sftpagent.conf.<Device Name> to sftpagent.conf.
