Issue
Problem Processing request: message is "Failed to login the ACE/Server with User ID . ACE Error: Sd_login Error Unable to communicate with authentication server error code: 12"
Error: "Agent has no acting servers" shows in ACE/Server logs
Cause
Resolution
Edit the Agent Host entry for the webserver. Click Assign Acting Servers... add a master server entry.
