Start the DSM - DUP BiosVerifySrv service
After applying the 2950 Platform update the DSM - DUP BiosVerifySrv doesn't start even though it is set for automatic.
Resolution
The service is needed to perform updates to the Dell system BIOS updates and should be left at auto even though it doesn't actually start.  It is a helper service that runs when the end user performs a BIOS update via Dell Windows executable package. Dell does not push updates down the pipe. All updates are performed by the end user.
