DLP EM (Enterprise Manager) or other DLP component deployed on a VM, (Virtual Machine).

VMWare ESX Server

Issue
DLP component host appears to meet minimum hardware requirements.

DLP component running slowly.

Performance issues.

May be using 100% of CPU.

Cause
VM memory is set to limited.

Resolution
Check the Virtual Machine Properties in Lab Manager and either set the 'Memory Limit' to 'Unlimited' or set the 'Maximum' memory equal to the total 'Memory'.
