Where is the tem-service.config file in DLP 9.5?

For DLP 9.5. the tem-service.config file has been deprecated.
On new installed systems there is no tem-service.conf file. On systems that have been upgraded, the tem-service.conf file is no longer used
Workaround
To access this file, double click it the exe file and click the Java tab. The java tab contains all the properties and variables that where in the tem-service.config file
