DLP Endpoint Enforce host hangs when opening a file

Cause
Endpoint Group Configuration for this Agent has  'Automatic Analysis of Files by Content Blade' Enabled.

Resolution
Log into the Enterprise Manager and Edit the Endpoint Group Configuration associated with this Agent and disable  'Automatic Analysis of Files by Content Blade' by unchecking the check  box. for this feature

Notes
Once the change has been made it may take some time for the configuration to propagate to all of the Endpoints.
For improved performance and stability RSA Support recommends that this feature remain disabled.
