Issue
RSA Access Manager integration with eRoom is not working.
There is no log output from the eRoom integration module.
After authentication with RSA Access Manager the user is sent to the eRoom page "eRoomASP/CookieTest/eRoom" with an error code 503


Cause
eRoom uses an ISAPI filter called RSA_Authenticate_Before_eRoom744.dll for integration.  This ISAPI filter must be applied in a lower priority than the RSA Access Manager ISAPI filter.
Resolution
The RSA 4.9.3 Agent is deployable as a IIS Module, or for backwards compatibility with legacy applications you can deploy it as an ISAPI filter.  When integrating with other ISAPI filters the agent must be deployed as an ISAPI filter.  When installing the agent select the option to install as an ISAPI filter   Set the Access Manager ISAPI filter as the highest priority in IIS.
