Error in em.log: "EM-006 : Unable to communicate with Network Controller"
Resolution
Download the following fix:

Install using the following procedure:
Take a backup of Program Files (x86)\RSA\Enterprise Manager\webapps\root\WEB-INF\classes\com\tablus\tem\service\status\impl\NetworkStatusServiceImpl*.class (copy to desktop or different dir)
Copy the files from the zip to Program Files (x86)\RSA\Enterprise Manager\webapps\root\WEB-INF\classes\com\tablus\tem\service\status\impl\ directory
Restart Enterprise Manager Service
