Error message received when approving KCA installation certificate request

Issue
While approving a OneStep SSL installation certificate in KCA Admin Console, under Admin Operations, Installation requests, selects request, issues certificates and gets an error that reads "line 572 char 4 error a Null reference pointer was passed to the stub. Code:0 /ca/rsakeon.xuda"

Resolution
- Netscape Navigator 4.7, with JavaScript and UTF-8 encoding enabled
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, with JavaScript and UTF-8 encoding enabled
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, with JavaScript enabled
