Do i need a separate license to stnad up a replica? Ive got two RSA appliances at different sites and id like to replicate them. Can i generate a replica package and deploy it, or do i need another set of licenses?

You do not need a second license to stand up a replica deployment. You will need to generate a replica package on the primary server. Then do the replica quick setup process. You will be prompted to present the replica package to complete the install. This will include all of the license information that the replica needs.
