For an RSA Supplied Oracle Database the AWR feature is not licensed. If you need Oracle performance data it can be generated from the General tab on the Admin/Diagnostics menu by selecting the "Start DB Logging" button. After gathering sufficient data you can then click the "Stop DB Logging" button and generate an ASR (Aveksa Statistics Report). If you select the "Include database performance statistics" checkbox the ASR will include performance data under the section "Database Performance Statistics".
For Customer Supplied Oracle Databases you may or may not be able to generate an AWR report depending on the license you have purchased for Oracle. There are multiple ways to generate an AWR report and I recommend you reach out to Oracle for guidance on the best way for your particular version and type of Oracle database.
