      If this is related to PROD env, I suggest you follow the standard process of contacting support - Contact Support | RSA Community

      And provide relevant information:

      • Steps you have performed in the environment
      • AFX logs
      • aveksaServer log
  • Make a backup of your G&L installation, then follow the steps described in the following KB article to see if it helps resolve the issue:

    How to Update the Root (Server) and Client Certificates in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle

     

    Essentially the process would include:

    • Updating the G&L server certificate.
    • Updating each AFX Server client certificate, or download each AFX Server package and reinstall AFX server(s).
    • Updating each remote collection agent client certificate (if you use remote agents), or download each remote agent package and reinstall the agent(s).
