Just want to double check that my IDR's are ok and don't need upgrading as I am on 12.24.0.0.16 but i still see the message displayed on my dashboard.

An IDR upgrade is required to keep your operations running smoothly. Please note that if the upgrade is not done, we will automatically upgrade it for you on 'Sat May 2, 2026'. i did receive the follow up email about the mistake.

    Latest IDR version at beginning of May was 12.24.0.0.x, so you are good.

    The last update was from 12.23.0.0.11 to 12.24.0.0.10. If the update is not scheduled, or not manually done, there would be a force update which was at the end of April, 2026. IDR v. 12.25.0.0.5 is currently being worked on by Engineering

    If the Identity Router is already running version 12.24.x, the Identity Router status in the Cloud Administration Console does not change to Update Available for this security update.

    Customers can still upgrade the Identity Router to the fixed version by following the instructions in Update Identity Router Software.

    Manually updating your IDR for the latest CVE-2026-31431 fix is an IDR OS version update, not an IDR software version update. The Admin Console only displays the IDR Software Version and the Operating System field on the IDR Page only shows the base OS image of the IDR, not the full version. Unfortunately, the only indication you might have of an update is that the Last Software Update date should reflect today's date if you did it today.
