AFX "Unparseable date" error during attribute synchronization in SecurID Governance & Lifecycle

Issue
This Microsoft Active Directory (AD) accountExpires attribute which corresponds to "Expiration Date" is incorrectly set to a value where the month is always January (01).
This occurs when using the Attribute synchronization feature.
The following log message is logged in the AFX Connector log file:
java.lang.Exception: Unparseable date: "12/1/2022 00:00 am" . Value of 'accountExipres' should be in 'mm-dd-yyyy HH:mm:ss' format.
Cause
This is a known issue in the following versions:
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P05
- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P01

- RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P07
