Unable to open Citrix apps when Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent and RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.2 for Windows are both installed

Issue
If the RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.2 is installed on a Windows Server where the Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent is also installed, no published applications can be launched from the Citrix Receiver.  If you uninstalled the agent, all applications are opened normally.

Resolution
To resolve this issue,
  1. Log in to the server where the Authentication Agent and Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent are both installed.
  2. Open the registry editor (Start > regedit).
  3. Navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent.
  4. Create a new REG_DWORD named DisableLogonUISuppression, and give it a value of 1, as follows:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent
DisableLogonUISuppression (REG_DWORD): 1
  1. Restart the Windows Server.
