Issue
Resolution
- Log in to the server where the Authentication Agent and Citrix Virtual Delivery Agent are both installed.
- Open the registry editor (Start > regedit).
- Navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent.
- Create a new REG_DWORD named DisableLogonUISuppression, and give it a value of 1, as follows:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Citrix Virtual Desktop Agent DisableLogonUISuppression (REG_DWORD): 1
- Restart the Windows Server.
