The first time you sign into the Cloud Administration Console, RSA recommends that you change your password. After the first sign-in, you must change your password at least every 90 days.

Your account is locked after five incorrect sign-in attempts and is automatically unlocked after 15 minutes.

Before you begin

If you are the first Super Admin to sign into the Cloud Administration Console, RSA sent you an email containing your credentials and console URL. All other administrators must obtain their initial sign-in information from the Super Admin who created their accounts.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the Cloud Administration Console using the current sign-in credentials for your account.
  2. Click My Account > My Profile.
The Username is read-only. You can modify the Full Name of the account, which appears in the dashboard welcome message when you sign into the console.
  3. Enter your current password and the new password. The password must contain at least nine characters, must be different from the last three passwords, and must include at least one of each of the following:
    • One uppercase letter
    • One lowercase letter
    • One number
    • One special character
  4. In the Confirm New Password field, type the new password again.
  5. Click Save Settings.
