Issue
.After an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle upgrade and migration, the Is Terminated user attribute is not updated after unification.
Cause
This problem occurs in a very specific set of circumstances where the primary Identity Data Collector (IDC) that creates users and a secondary IDC that does not create users but collects the Is Terminated attribute and is the authoritative source for that attribute were both pointing to the same unified user prior to the migration but their join information did not match.
 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patches:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.2 P14
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0 P07
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.1 P02
With the fix, the migration will now identify which secondary IDCs should not be pointing to their current unified user and reset them for re-unification.
