Embedded identity router loses name resolution capability for RSA Authentication Manager

Issue
The embedded identity router is distressed after an RSA Authentication Manager restart.
Cause
Due to a race condition, the identity router can no longer perform DNS name resolution.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in v8.5 P1 and later updates.  RSA recommends applying the most recent update to take advantage of all available fixes and enhancements.
Workaround
At the RSA Authentication Manager command line, restart both the identity router docker container and the docker service itself. The commands are: 
rsaadmin@am85 docker stop idr-container
rsaadmin@am85 sudo service docker restart
rsaadmin@am85 docker start idr-container
