How to determine which firmware version is on an RSA SecurID SID800 authenticator

Resolution
- Open the RSA Security Center, or RSA Control Center, in later versions
- Click the Home tab then RSA Security USB Token > Token Info.
- Look for the field Authenticator Version 2 to see the firmware version.
