Issue

In RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance version 7.0 P01 reminder emails are sometimes sent twice or more in a day to notify about a change request. For example, in the screenshot below the due date is set to 4 days and the escalations are configured to send email 4 days prior to the due date. However we can see two emails are triggered as reminder on the first day.

Here we can see that a reminder email was triggered twice on 9 June 2016 at 10:55 AM:

Resolution

This issue was fixed in V7.0 P02. In the screenshot below we can see the due date is set at 5 days and the escalations are configured to send email 5 days prior to the due date. The reminder emails are sent only once per day which is the expected behavior.
