In RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.1, Review Reminder email sent out before configured period has elapsed

Issue
Review definition configured to send out a reminder email in 24 hours after review initiation, however initial reminder emails triggered in 12 hours instead (24 hrs) .Upon checking the email logs, you can see the reminder emails are being sent exactly 12 hours after the review creation date.
