Issue

When using RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle, popup windows cannot be resized.

Cause

The product is functioning as designed. Currently there are no plans to support popup dialog windows in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle application. The content inside of the popups have been designed to fit such that there is no need to scroll horizontally to reveal content outside the boundary of the window.

Resolution

If you encounter content that does not fit in a popup window, please log a case with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle Support and attach a screenshot of the popup as well as the navigation path used in the User Interface to arrive at that popup.
