A customer reported that he still receives notifications on a decommissioned site coordinators as per below example: 
The RSA DLP system has encountered an unexpected error that may require immediate attention.
     
Hostname: SC.example.com
Component: RSA_DLP
Type: EC001
Description:  A connection failure to the site [x.x.x.x] occured.

Cause
The configuration file is not yet updated on the Enterprise coordinator.
Resolution
1. In Enterprise Manager, click the Admin tab. The Administrations Status Overview page appears.
2. Beneath the Admin tab, click Datacenter > Configuration And Status. The Datacenter administration page appears
3.Click the Enterprise coordinator and then press Edit
4.Click Advanced and then Recover

This will push a new configuration file to the EC without the old site coordinator name
